This rock-musical is a can’t miss show! A modern retelling of La Boheme, it is about love, friendship, and community. The show is best known for its powerful rendition of the song “Seasons of Love” from the original Broadway musical. This show contains adult themes and language.

Come celebrate Charles Abbott’s illustrious 30-year career at Maine State Music Theatre with a farewell dinner party affectionately titled “The Chuck Roast.” We kick off the evening with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres at 5:30pm. Dinner seating will start at 6:00pm, followed by entertainment from Maine State Musical Theatre alumnae and Chuck’s long-time friends. Please join us for a night of festivities.

The fantastic phonic five returns to MSMT! This Grammy-nominated a capella group has certainly made an impact on our audiences. Their rich harmonies and vocal texturing create the aural illusion of a full band without any instruments but their voices. From rap to be-bop, from scat to doo-wop, the range of their vocal talents has been astounding audiences across the country and we cannot wait to hear them again.
